Come sit a while, the kettle’s on.

If you’ve found your way here, welcome. I imagine you, too, are someone who’s hungry to notice the beauty tucked into the ordinary—to slow down, to remember what matters, and to draw near to Jesus in the midst of motherhood.

I create slowly—often with little ones nearby, laundry in baskets, and meals on the stove. My art and writing are not escapes from motherhood but offerings from within it. Every brushstroke, photograph, and word comes from the middle of real life, with all its interruptions, grace, and glory.

My hope is that these pieces meet you in your own season—whether weary, wonder-filled, or somewhere in between—and remind you that God is near. I write and create for the mother who longs to pause, the woman who wants to see again, and the heart that needs soft light in a dim room.

If you'd like to receive a quiet letter from me at the end of each month, you’re warmly invited to subscribe to Mother’s Nightlight. It’s a gentle pause for your inbox—words and images to slow you down and lift your gaze.
